Telmo has overall responsibility for the company’s management and strategy and is responsible for brokerage of special and high-value assets, offering bespoke advice in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets to international investors.

Liaises with global real estate funds, asset management companies, family offices and financial institutions, connecting to the key real estate and corporate communities. Takes part in important transactions due diligence, acquisitions underwriting, deal modeling and negotiation of deal terms until the transaction conclusion. Works with all class of assets for core, core plus, value-add and opportunistic investment strategies.

Telmo has almost 20 years of expertise in international business and management and has worked closely with renowned companies.

Prior to being in the real estate services industry, co-founded Market Access in May 2005 and was managing-partner of this international consulting firm until October 2013, being at the time market leader in its segment.

Experienced in building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, converting leads into transactions. Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Bachelor of Science in International Business Relations. He also holds an MBA from the Catholic University’s School of Management from which he was awarded the prize of best student in “Strategy”. 

He has a cosmopolitan outlook, intercultural sensitivity, communication skills and has already travelled to 50 countries in 4 continents and visited hundreds of overseas cities. Practices a flexible management style, is organised, plans ahead and follows through.

Worked and lived in Stockholm (Sweden) for two years and in Maputo (Mozambique) for one year. Currently based in Porto, Portugal.
